Living Plus Rx LLC is not a medical practice, a pharmacy, or a healthcare provider. This page explains exactly what we do, who actually delivers your care, how the money works, and how to check every claim on it — so you can see where the lines are.
We Are Not a Medical Practice
Living Plus Rx LLC (“Living Plus”) is a technology and administrative services company. We build and operate the platform, handle scheduling and communications, process payments, run customer support, and coordinate logistics.
- Practice medicine or provide clinical services of any kind
- Diagnose conditions or make treatment decisions
- Prescribe, dispense, compound, or ship medication
- Employ or medically supervise the clinicians who treat you
- Review your clinical record or your intake responses
- Influence, reverse, or appeal any decision your clinician makes
If a member of our team ever tells you otherwise, they are mistaken, and we would like to know about it.
The Organizations Involved
Three kinds of organization sit behind a Living+ prescription. They are separate legal entities, each holding its own license or registration for the work it does. None of them does another’s job, and none can stand in for the others.
| Role | Entity | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| The platform | Living Plus Rx LLC A Wyoming limited liability company 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1542 Cheyenne, WY 82007 |
The Living+ brand, website, patient app, scheduling, billing, support and logistics. Does not practice medicine or dispense medication. |
| Clinical care | OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC An independent professional entity |
The medical practice whose licensed clinicians evaluate patients, decide whether treatment is appropriate, and prescribe. Holds its own medical records and its own professional liability coverage. |
| Dispensing | Independently licensed U.S. pharmacies Named in Section 8 |
Prepare, label, and ship any medication a clinician prescribes. Each holds its own state pharmacy licenses. |
Living Plus Rx LLC does not own, and is not owned by, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC or any pharmacy in its network. No clinician or pharmacy in the network holds an ownership interest in Living Plus Rx LLC, and Living Plus holds no ownership interest in any of them. The relationships are contractual, and they are disclosed here.
Who Provides Your Care
Your care is provided by licensed clinicians practicing through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC (the “Practice”), an independent professional entity that maintains its own clinical operations, its own medical records, and its own professional liability coverage.
Whoever evaluates you holds an active license in the state where you are physically located at the time of your visit, and works within what that license allows. Your clinician may be a physician, a nurse practitioner, or a physician assistant, depending on your state and your case.
What your clinician actually does
- Reads your assessment, your health history, and anything else you send.
- Asks for more information, laboratory work, or a conversation if your case calls for it.
- Decides whether treatment makes sense for you — including deciding that it does not.
- Selects the medication, the formulation, and the dose if treatment is appropriate.
- Stays available afterward for adjustments, side effects, and questions.
Your patient-clinician relationship exists with the Practice. It does not exist with Living Plus.
Clinical Independence
Clinicians treating you through this platform are not employees of Living Plus and take no medical direction from us. They exercise independent professional judgment, and they are the sole authority on your diagnosis and treatment plan.
Living Plus does not write, approve, or edit clinical protocols. We do not set eligibility criteria for treatment, do not determine dosing, and do not review or second-guess prescribing decisions. A clinician who declines to prescribe for you has made a clinical judgment that we have no ability to overturn — and no interest in overturning.
You do not select your medication. Your clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate, which medication is prescribed, in what form, and at what dose, based on your medical history and clinical need. Cost, convenience, and personal preference are not clinical criteria and do not drive that decision.
Nobody at Living Plus makes clinical decisions, and nobody here reads your health information in order to make one. If something about your treatment does not sit right, raise it with your clinician in the portal. Our support team genuinely cannot answer it, and should not try.
How We Are Paid
Fees you pay are allocated between three separate parties: Living Plus, for platform access and administrative services; the Practice, for professional services; and the dispensing pharmacy, for your medication.
No clinician earns more for prescribing, for prescribing a particular product, or for prescribing more of it. Clinicians are compensated by the Practice for the time they spend evaluating patients, regardless of the outcome of that evaluation. There is no bonus for saying yes.
Living Plus receives no payment tied to whether a prescription is issued, which medication is prescribed, or at what dose. We do not receive rebates, per-fill payments, or commissions from any pharmacy, and no pharmacy pays us for placement or preference in our network.
Your price does not change based on which medication or formulation your clinician selects, so nothing about cost can influence a clinical decision.
We describe this plainly because the incentive structure is the thing that determines whether a telehealth platform is trustworthy. A company paid per prescription has a reason to want you prescribed to. We are not built that way.
No Guarantee of Treatment
Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment. Paying a fee does not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician may determine that a requested therapy is not appropriate for you, may recommend something different, may ask for laboratory testing first, or may decline to treat you and refer you for in-person care.
Your plan pays for an evaluation and the care around it — not for a guaranteed medication. You see your price before you pay, and you can stop whenever you want. If your clinician determines that medication is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for medication.
A clinician might prescribe something other than what you had in mind, or nothing at all. That is not the system failing. That is the system working.
What Our Support Team Can and Cannot Do
Living Plus support staff are not clinicians and are not permitted to act like them.
- Your account, login, and platform issues
- Billing, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations
- Shipping status and delivery problems
- Coordinating with the pharmacy on a fulfillment issue
- Routing a clinical question to your clinician
- Answer medical questions or give health guidance
- Interpret your symptoms or side effects
- Advise on dosing, timing, or how to take your medication
- Tell you whether something is normal or concerning
- Explain or reverse a clinical decision
Send clinical questions to your clinician through secure messaging. If a support agent declines to answer a medical question, they are following the rule, not being unhelpful.
Pharmacy Independence
Medications prescribed through the Platform are dispensed by independently licensed pharmacies. Each operates under its own state licenses and is solely responsible for sourcing, compounding, quality control, labeling, beyond-use dating, packaging, and shipping. Living Plus does not own, control, or operate any pharmacy, and receives no rebate, per-fill payment, or commission from any pharmacy.
The pharmacies that dispense for Living+ patients
Medications prescribed to Living+ patients are prepared and shipped by independently licensed U.S. pharmacies in the fulfillment network of OpenLoop, the clinical and technology partner through which the Practice operates. Which pharmacy fills your prescription depends on what your clinician prescribes and the state you are located in. Each pharmacy is licensed in every state to which it dispenses, and compounded preparations are made by state-licensed 503A pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities.
The pharmacy that filled your prescription is identified in full on your medication label and in your order details, so you always know where your treatment came from. If you would like a pharmacy’s name and license number before you order, ask us and we will provide it.
This section is reviewed whenever a dispensing relationship changes. It was last reviewed on September 1, 2026.
You may ask that your prescription be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing, or transferred to one, subject to that pharmacy’s policies and applicable law. Ask your clinician or our support team and we will arrange it. If you fill your prescription elsewhere, you pay that pharmacy directly and the Living+ medication charge does not apply.
A pharmacy fills what a clinician wrote, and nothing else. It has no say in your evaluation and no say in what you receive.
Compounded Medications
Some medications prescribed through this platform are compounded preparations made by state-licensed 503A pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed. They may differ from commercially available products in concentration, inactive ingredients, and administration, and they have not been studied in the clinical trials that supported approval of any commercially available product. They are not the same thing as, and are not interchangeable with, an FDA-approved product.
A compounded preparation is prescribed only where a clinician determines, on the basis of your documented medical history, that a commercially available FDA-approved product is not suitable for you. Lower cost, wider availability, and convenience are not clinical reasons to use a compounded medication, and are not accepted as such on this platform.
When a compounded preparation is prescribed, the clinical rationale is recorded in your medical record and in the dispensing pharmacy’s records, and is available to regulators on request. Full detail is in the Telehealth Consent.
Where We Operate
Telehealth and compounding rules are written state by state, so availability is not uniform. A treatment can be available in one state and unavailable across the border.
Living+ connects patients with licensed clinicians in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The complete, dated list — including any state-specific limits — is on our States Served page, which is the authoritative version.
A licensed clinician may be able to evaluate you in your state while a particular treatment is still unavailable there, because compounding and prescribing rules differ state by state. Being able to see a clinician does not mean every treatment can be prescribed to you.
What counts is where you are physically located when the visit happens — not your billing address, and not where your identification was issued. If something is not available where you are, your clinician will tell you during the evaluation.
Where the law of your state requires a real-time audio-video encounter, or an established clinician-patient relationship, before a prescription may be issued, your clinician will arrange one. Asynchronous review alone will not be used where a state does not permit it.
Not for Emergencies
This platform is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, signs of a severe allergic reaction, or any condition you believe may be dangerous, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Raising a Concern
If you are unhappy with the care you received, raise it with the Practice — they are responsible for clinical quality, and they are the only party who can review a clinical decision.
You may also contact Living Plus support and we will route your concern to the Practice. We track these and follow up, but we do not review the clinical merits ourselves, because we are not qualified to.
You always retain the right to file a complaint with the medical board in your state, with your state board of pharmacy, with your state attorney general, or with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and you do not need our permission or involvement to do so. We will not retaliate against you in any way for doing it.
Adverse reactions should be reported to your clinician immediately, and may also be reported to the FDA’s MedWatch program.
How to Verify Us
Everything on this page is checkable. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
Your clinician’s license
Medical licenses are public record. Any state medical or nursing board will confirm a clinician’s name, license number, and standing, and you need nobody’s permission to look. If you want the name and license details of the clinician handling your care, ask in your patient portal or email us and we will send them.
A pharmacy’s license
You may verify any pharmacy’s license with the board of pharmacy in your state, or in the state where the pharmacy is located, at any time. If you would like a pharmacy’s license number, ask us and we will provide it. The FDA also publishes guidance on identifying legitimate online pharmacies through its BeSafeRx program.
Our corporate details
Living Plus Rx LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming. Its registration is a matter of public record with the Wyoming Secretary of State, and its principal address is listed in Section 14.
If any statement on this page does not match what you experience, tell us at support@livingplusrx.com. A disclosure that has drifted out of date is a problem we want to know about, and we will correct it and re-date this page.
Questions
Three kinds of question, three different places. Sending one to the wrong desk mostly just slows you down.
Clinical questions
Your treatment, your dose, side effects, or why a clinician decided what they decided — message your clinician in the patient portal. Our support team cannot answer these.
